The relationship side of support raising
A spreadsheet may be exactly the right place to keep the finances. It is not always the best place to remember how you know someone, the name of their church, what their family is carrying, or what you meant to ask the next time you called.
Partners gives those details a calm, private home. Add supporters yourself or explicitly import the people you choose from Apple Contacts, then add the relationship context that helps you pick up each conversation with a partner where you left off.

A gentle next step
When a supporter list gets long, good intentions can become uneven attention. Connect keeps track of who you have not reached out to recently and suggests a random group of five partners to contact next. Once you have made it through your whole network, Partners lets you begin again with a newly randomized list.
Before reaching out, review the details and prayers you have saved. When you start a call, text, email, or directions request from Partners, it records that outreach in a simple history so no one quietly falls through the cracks.
Prayer requests
The people who support your ministry also pray for you and your work. Partners helps you remember what they have asked you to pray for, so you can pray for them too.
Keep each partner's requests with their profile, or add general requests for your ministry. Organize them as active, ongoing, or answered so you can pray faithfully, notice what God has done, and know when it is time to follow up.

Supporter care on the road
Supporters may be spread across a city, a state, or much farther. Partners Nearby gives the addresses you have saved a geographic view so you can see who may fit naturally into the same support-raising trip.
Map preparation happens only after you give permission. Partners uses saved addresses, not your current location, and sends them directly to Apple's geocoding service.
Security for sensitive ministry
Some ministry workers serve in places where a leaked contact list could put people at risk. Partners is designed so Ministry Margin never receives your supporter directory, prayer requests, relationship notes, or location details.
Your information is kept on your device using Apple's file protection, so Partners remains useful offline without putting a copy of your data on a Ministry Margin server.
Partners does not require a Ministry Margin login. We do not maintain an account connecting your identity to your supporter directory.
Your partners, notes, prayers, support details, and interaction history never pass through a Ministry Margin server.
If you turn it on, sensitive fields are encrypted on your device and sync through a Partners-only private iCloud database. With Apple's Advanced Data Protection enabled, those encrypted fields are end-to-end encrypted.
Partners contains no ads, behavioral tracking, app analytics, third-party diagnostics, or AI features that receive your ministry data.
Partners reduces the number of places sensitive information can travel, but it cannot protect an unlocked or compromised device. Use a strong device passcode and Apple Account security, and store only what is prudent for the place where you serve.
Partners questions
No. Partners is a separate, app-owned supporter directory. It does not connect to or depend on Planning Center.
Yes. You can explicitly choose individual contacts or selected Contacts lists to import. The imported information becomes part of your Partners directory, and Partners never writes changes back to Apple Contacts.
Yes. Your supporter directory and care details are kept on your device, so you can keep working without dependable internet access. Features that open another service still depend on that service being available.
If you enable it, app-owned partner details, prayers, interactions, and Connect rotation can sync through your private iCloud account. This uses a Partners-only iCloud boundary and does not pass through a Ministry Margin server.
Yes. While Partners is designed as an iPhone app, it runs perfectly fine in compatibility mode on iPad and Mac. Think of it like a big, very useful widget for the same information you use on your phone. Turn on iCloud sync, and it stays up to date across them.
No. Partners is a one-time purchase. Optional ways to support continued development are available inside the app, but they unlock nothing and are never required.
