Ministry Margin for Mac
Planning Center holds the information. Ministry Margin helps you work with it in a native workspace built for preparing services, understanding the week, following up with people, and staying connected to prayer.
Eligible new subscribers receive 7 days free.
Then $9.99/month or $99.99/year in the US.
A companion for churches that already use Planning Center, not another system to maintain.

The week at your desk
Plans need attention. Volunteers are still deciding. Blockouts affect the schedule. A person needs follow-up. The calendar keeps moving, and the next service is already getting closer.
That information already lives in Planning Center. Ministry Margin brings the parts of the week you are responsible for into a focused Mac workspace, so you can see what needs attention and move into the work without rebuilding your church's systems.
Start in Today
Today gathers upcoming plans, open positions, blockouts, people signals, events, and the details that may need attention. Each card is a way into the appropriate workspace, not a second place to manage the data.

Focused workspaces
Each area keeps the relevant Planning Center information and native Mac actions close at hand.
Review plans, teams, volunteers, needed positions, songs, files, and service orders in one planning workspace.
Work with contact details, addresses, serving context, blockouts, People lists, Apple apps, and person-linked prayer.
See Planning Center Calendar events and Registrations together in a color-coded view of your church's rhythms.
Review serving schedules, volunteer availability, song usage, and practical directory and planning reports.
Create and review private prayer requests, connect them to people, mark answered prayers, and pray through the requests you carry.

People behind the work
People profiles bring contact details, serving context, blockouts, and prayer into the same working view. Click a phone number, email address, or street address to continue in Messages, Mail, or Maps.
Prayer requests stay in Ministry Margin rather than becoming Planning Center records. Keep them on the Mac or choose private iCloud sync with Ministry Margin Directory.
Careful by default
Ministry Margin connects directly to Planning Center with your account and stores the data it needs on your Mac. Planning Center and prayer data are not sent to a Ministry Margin server.
Sign in through Planning Center. Your Planning Center password is not entered into Ministry Margin.
What appears depends on the permissions and Planning Center products already available to your account.
The apps do not include advertising SDKs and do not track you across apps or websites.
